Paint The Sun was Eli Gordy-Stith, Diego Romero-Aros, and Shane Spencer

Paint The Sun was active from 2014-2015, until their break-up after Eli went off to college. Diego started Impetus Records to release the only Paint The Sun recordings, "Document" in 2018.

Eventually, all three reunited to form Merger with R.D. Yoder.
